Battery Pack Breakdown, Issues

Had a problem with the Quick Charger 240 volt charger. It hung up one or two nights, charging 180 volts, instead of showing the percentage charged, it had locked up showing F2. By then it damaged the battery pack. Some of the battery cells were low. Quick Charge is warranting the big charger. I like the people there but not sure if I can recommend the charger. The onboard charger went out last January after only 1 month of use and this full charger lasted 9 months plus damaged the pack.

I did some testing of the batteries and the following are my results.

The first column is where the batteries were first tested in January 2009.
The second column test was done after driving home from work, noticed a strong sulfur smell and the pack was surprising weak driving the last mile. Here I found a few of the cells dry enough to show the lead plate tops. I went on and tested the pack before filling and recharging. The new charger had trouble getting the pack up to full charge. I contribute that to a few of the cells are not able to hold a charge? I also noticed the next day that #10 or #11 were hot even though the cable was disconnected at battery #1 and #3. Internal short?

On the voltage loaded column I tested each battery while pulling a load with a battery tester drawing about 150 amps. Number 4, 5, 6 batteries show nc on the last two columns because I did not test them being how they are under 1,2,3 and is a lot of trouble.

My plans are to replace 2 to 4 of the weakest batteries.
