California Energy Commission (CEC) DATABASE This is a database that rates and compares different makes and model tires. All are size 195/65R15 Tires. They are rated with the new California Energy RRF parameter.
Tire Rolling Resistance Torque Method Machine
Some explanation of rolling resistance and how it effects energy consumption in EVs here.
RRF and RRC or Crr rolling resistance coefficient are very similar. One of the differences is moving the decimal 3 places and the other has to do with taking the RRF and dividing it by the load(weight) to get RRC. So a Michelin Harmony tire below rated at 9.45 RRF at 1000 pounds
load would be .0095 RRC.
