Elithion Problem with Current Sensor

The system is up and running but I have had a big problem with the source (charge) current sensor.
The source sensor is required to use many of the features like SOC etc.

Elithion Current Sensor Red Wire: Red wire on the 5 wire current sensor should be 15 volts.

Elithion Current Sensor Green Wire: Green wire on the 5 wire current sensors should have -15 volts. (negative 15)

For a few months now, I cannot get a reading even after rewiring, replacing the sensor, testing, retesting and sending back the controller. The controller was tested by [[http://www.kta-ev.com/|Wistar at KTA]] checked OK and sent back.

Upon doing some more tests here is where I am.
There are 2 current sensors. One 600 amp for Load and one 50 amp for source (charge).
The load works and the charge shows no change. The white wire on either sensor is the return. The Red wire should show 15 volts. The green wire should show -15 volts. The black wire is ground and should show no voltage. All of the latter wires red, green and black on both sensors are within specification. The white wire on the load changes with load amperage change. I saw over 1.5 volts when pushing the accelerator in neutral. The white wire on the charge also shows a voltage change. With the small 8 amp charger on, the voltage was .40 volts and with the 20 amp charger voltage was 1.22 volts. Specifications on the Hall Effect Current Sensors L03S 50 D15 Series states 4 volts at the rated amperage which with the 50 is 50 amps. So 1.22 volts at 17 to 20 amps is close.
